[Hawkular-dev] Updated JIRA workflow for HAWKULAR

Hi, the JIRA Workflow for HAWKULAR has been updated to include UxD and also a "QA in Progress" state. See attached screen shots. For UxD there is now a nice "Start UxD" button to get going :-> Heiko
