I came across project Hawkular about one month ago and it was really
fascinating. My skillset in major are CORE JAVA, Android and REST so I want
to contribute in upgrading android client of Hawkular to include functions
added after Alpha 3(for which present client is made up of). I am watching
over the current code for android client and need guidance to work on it.

I am also interested in working on this client.
My skillset is core java and rest (btw - it would be great to see Hawkular
use swagger and sagger2markup

Hi Anton,
Hawkular Alerts works with the concept of "action", that means that when an
alert/event is generated we can define one or several actions to perform.
Actions are processed by plugins that are responsible to deliver,format or add specific
"action-domain" specific tasks.
For example, we have plugins for email, file, webhooks, and also aerogear as you
requested.

Aerogear plugin is pretty basic, just takes the action and send to the server, so it is
open to add specific behaviour.
Also, an action is part of the trigger, in the definition it is defined what actions to do
for a particular alert.
There are advanced concepts as special plugins that can filter all actions, but I guess
this topic can be introduced later once you get familiar with the architecture.

When starting Client for first time. It ask for host and port and after
filling them reached login screen via Oauth.
But after filling right User name and password it come back to
Authorization page ( host and port ) instead or really logging in.
As i see it is creating token but still not able to connect properly.
Neither with demo.hawkulr.org account neither what i ran on local IP.
Clicking again the Authorize button generating 404.

I just tried it here with, and I get a different exception:
org.jboss.aerogear.android.core.reflection.PropertyNotFoundException:
Cannot find get/set to field a (String) on OAuth2AuthzSession
Once I have a few free cycles, I'll see if I can get past that point,
but if anyone has any ideas on what might be wrong, I'm all ears :)

When logging in through android client. Token not generated on hawkular
server
but android client behaving like it got one.
But cant go to next screen with that coz that is not really a valid token.

Are you able to replicate that with a simple curl call? If so, it would
be easy to spot where the problem is. Unfortunately, I'm unable to run
the Android client here, because of the problem I mentioned earlier
("Cannot find get/set to field a (String) on OAuth2AuthzSession").
