I want to implement an endpoint that is deployed only for tests. If I could
programmatically create JAX-RS resources, this this would be easy; however, I do not think
it is supported. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to do this?

Overriding javax.ws.rs <http://javax.ws.rs/>.core.Application.getClasses() will do
what I want. It would be nice/easier though if there was a way to instead specify those
resources/providers I want to exclude.
