done, a Configuration is now default created in context of the current
projects/consoleconfig classloader allowing us to simulate hibernates default lookup for
/hibernate.cfg.xml

today users is required to specify either a hibernate.cfg.xml or hibernate.properties.
It should not be required, if the classpath for the project is used we can just use
hibernate's default setup functionallity.
