Postgres Plus Advanced Server is an extension to PostgreSQL with added Oracle
compatibility. Attached is a patch that implements a Postgres Plus Dialect with the Oracle
compatible functions supported in Advanced Server matching the existing registered
functions in the Oracle Dialect.
