Diego Pires Plentz commented on HHH-2315:
-----------------------------------------
* Researching
I think that the compatibles could be:
- BIT, BIGINT, INTEGER, TINYINT, SMALLINT
- REAL, DOUBLE, FLOAT, NUMERIC, DECIMAL
- CHAR, VARCHAR, LONGNVARCHAR, NVARCHAR, NCHAR
- TIMESTAMP, DATE, TIME
- BINARY, VARBINARY, LONGVARBINARY
And to be even more "compatible", we could also accept that columns mapped as
BIT, BIGINT, INTEGER, TINYINT, SMALLINT can be REAL, DOUBLE, FLOAT, NUMERIC, DECIMAL.
Relax SchemaUpdate/SchemaValidator complaining about compatible
types
