Simply enabling forEach + parallel caused performance to drop substantially, when tested
in a 8 CPU machine, resulting in high contention at Lucene writing side. So it probably
makes sense to allow the parallelism to be configurable rather than apply a "one size
fits all" rule.

As the EntryRetriever is being deprecated, there's a possibility of speeding up the
indexing process by using parallel streams
