DefaultCacheManagerProvider creates a JBossUserMarshaller instance, while
PersistenceMarshallerImpl throws a warning about this: "ISPN000554:
infinispan-boss-marshalling dependency detected, jboss-marshalling has been deprecated and
will be removed in the future".
DefaultCacheManagerProvider should be changed to create a ProtoStreamMarshaller instead.
