[~dan.berindei] That makes sense, I didn't take into account FORCE_WRITE_LOCK when
adding ALLOW_READS. The fix should be simple, but I'll try to create a test case as
well.

Found StackOverflowError in logs when network was disconnected, caches are in degraded
mode and system attempt to operate with cache Read & Update.
