AbstractProtocolServer was relying on the default cache's RpcManager to get the
Transport, that stopped working after ISPN-1508 so I changed it to use
EmbeddedCacheManager.getTransport() instead.

make DefaultCacheManager.getTransport(); public so that users have access to the JGroups
transport. This is useful for a miriad reasons, for example, where the user needs to know
the IP address of the cluster members.
