Actually this is probably better done as:
classSig[x] = Class.forName(sig[x], true, targetPOJO.getClass().getClassLoader());
(if that is in fact the proper classloader to use)
TransporterHandler should not use Class.forName

should probably be replaced by
classSig[x] = targetPOJO.getClass().getClassLoader().loadClass(sig[x]);
to provide a correct class lookup
