[keycloak-user] Encouraging users to set up OTP, without enforcing it.

In the Keycloak UI/UX is there a recommended way of prompting and regularly reminding users that they should set up OTP on their account? We don't want to remind users on every single log-in, just occasionally. We don't want to remind users who have already set it up. Thanks, Ian R.
