[keycloak-user] Problem in OIDCIdentityProvider SPI working

I created a custom SPI for oidc identity provider. And it works fine when I login for the first time but when I try to log in second time with different user, the user is not created at all in Keycloak console and in the login welcome page I see the previous user.
