You may need to configure web origins in the configuration of your client in Keycloak admin console. For example if your javascript application is running on "http://myserver.org:8080/myapp" <http://myserver.org:8080/myapp> you need to add origin like "http://myserver.org:8080" <http://myserver.org:8080> .
