[keycloak-user] Getting my sessionId through REST?

How can I get the current sessionId that I am working on? For example, I am authenticating through a user admin in my keycloak-admin-library, now I can get the sessions that are linked to the user with GET /{realm}/users/{id}/sessions But I cannot determine, what the ID is, which I am currently using.
