Hi,
I am using Keycloak 1.5.0 and and I want to make a few changes to my
standalone.xml and standlone.conf(change the default jvm memory allocation
values). i wanted to know if there is a way that I can modify both theses
files when I am building my project.

You can use jboss-cli to modify most of the things in standalone.xml.
For example see https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/WFLY10/CLI+Recipes
. For changes in standalone.conf, you can maybe use bash or perl.

XSLT? Look at xml-maven-plugin.
