I have added tests that cover all the above, which are the things that have been
problematic in the past. I am going to mark this closed and deal with new issues as they
arrive.
I also found out that it is not possible to add two identical beans through the
BeforeBeanDiscovery interface, although I don't know why anyone would want to do this
it still should be possible.

There have been quite a few bugs in weld with regard to adding types through the SPI. We
need tests that cover at least the following:
- Adding multiple beans of the same class with different qualifiers
- Adding multiple beans of the same class with the same qualifiers (but different
method/field level annotations)
- Adding the same producer method/field multiple times with different annotations
