The problem seems to be that ContextMap.getContext() is throwing an ExecutionException
(which is a RuntimeException) - ManagerImpl.getContext() should probably catch this and
rethrow as a ContextNotActiveException().
Manager.getContext() doesn't throw ContextNotActiveException for
