[forge-users] is subscribing to other addons commands possible ?

Hello, Discovered v2 recently and I'd like to start an addon project. My addon should react to the creation of a new entity for example. Is it possible to register one's addon to calls to other addons like jpa-new-entity, jpa-new-field ?
