[Hawkular-dev] Cassandra changes

Yesterday Stefan finished up the work to move the embedded Cassandra modules out of h-metrics and into h-commons. The version has also been upgraded to 2.1.5. This should not any affect any code. Lastly the driver is now in the parent pom and has also been upgraded to 2.1.6. My apologies for the late notice. In the future I will send out the info in advance of the changes. Thanks - John
