[Hawkular-dev] new bus and cmdgw API going in

BTW end of the day today, the new bus and cmdgw API will be in master. I have a PR that fixes pinger and avail-creator so you can see what changes (these two required minimal changes): https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular/pull/506/files Inventory and Alerts will probably need similar changes
