[Hawkular-dev] agent PR needs review - scanning after operation

Need an agent PR to be peer-reviewed and merged: PR: https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-agent/pull/144 JIRA: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HAWKULAR-970 This has to do with executing a full discovery scan after an operation is executed in case the operation has a side-effect of changing inventory (such as removing resources).
