The Hawkular OpenShift Agent will have a new feature once the PR is merged - a pod authorization list. You can now tell the agent (via environment variable or in its YAML config) to only authorize a specific set of pods (i.e. only the pods on the list can have their metrics collected) - any other pods not on the list are ignored and will not have metrics collected for them.
