Weld jars don't have beans.xml's

Hi Max,
Could you please comment https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-8019
We have a problem with CDI beans defined in weld jars.
Weld jars don't have beans.xml in META-INF so we don't load them
according to JSR-299.
I raised this question in seam-dev chat but have not received any answer
yet. It would be good to solve the problem in CR1. See the JIRA for details.

Hey,
Please be careful about fix for version!
Trunk is now what will become CR1
B2 was branched weeks ago.
you can see what is branch and trunk on jira's version page.
Thus resolving with fix version Beta2 for issues like https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-7238 while committing
the code to trunk is wrong.
