What this basically means is that you're trying to edit the TEXT of the element, not any one of the elements' attributes. I'll be attaching two screen shots that demonstrate what I mean. I'm going to leave the bug opened and lower it's priority, to allow any users to suggest a UI enhancement that would make this more clear. Basically, if you want to be able to edit the "code" portion of the xml element, then put "code" in the attribute name. If you want to edit the "policyClass" portion, then put that into the attribute section.
