Update Guice Integration / Request Scope docs
Request scoped injection by Guice does not work as given in current docs where
`RequestScoped` is applied to the class. Applying `RequestScoped` annotation to fields
makes injection work.
I haven't checked in detail why annotating a class does not work but I believe docs
shall have a working case.
