./bin/domain.sh will start in "default" profile.
domain.sh takes -c and --domain-config switches but they take
configuration files only.
How do I tell the domain to start in a non-default profile ?
As no other configuration files are provided, is the expectation that
the user will create their own configuration files and refer to them ?
What would they add in those configuration files instead of add new
profiles in domain.xml ?
