Ignore this pull request, I'll create an updated one tonight that adds the required
methods into the DependencyFacet as opposed to creating a new ManagedDependencyFacet as
discussed last night

Would be great to be able to add a dependency to a project into the dependencyManagement
section.
The first use case I can think of is ability to import seam-bom as managed dependency.
