Hi Mike,
The Faces scaffold plugin is located in the scaffold-faces project under Forge Core
(https://github.com/forge/core/).
From what I've seen in the plugin, you should look closely at the use of Metawidget
in the scaffold project, as to how it supports @Embedded and @Embeddable types.
