You could always show some other features of forge (like scaffolding, REST,
or some of the plugins from the central repository :)

As far as now I decided to show forge that create the project, that
introduce the errai facet and the errai-cdi example, but then I'll stop
there will live example and I'll show an old style presentation with screen
shot and code embedded.
I hope this will not be too annoying to the audience (as far as now we
have 150 developers signed for the Dev Fest).
