Hawkular Metrics 0.13.0 - Release
by Stefan Negrea
Hello Everybody,
I am happy to announce release 0.13.0 of Hawkular Metrics. This release is anchored by Hawkular integration enhancements, under-the-cover refactorings and fixes, and a new bulk data generation tool.
Here is a list of major changes in this release:
1) Data Generation Tool
* A new tool that generates bulk metrics data to be used in performance and load testing.
* It generates directly Cassandra data files (SSTables), which leads to a very fast generation process for large amounts of metrics data.
* For more details: https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-metrics/tree/master/data-generator (HWKMETRICS-355)
2) Receive Metrics via Hawkular Bus
* When deployed within Hawkular distribution, the project now accepts metrics via the Hawkular Bus; until now only the REST API had support for Metrics insertion.
* Hawkular Metrics currently support publishing of newly inserted metrics to the bus and receiving metrics via the bus.
* For more details: HWKMETRICS-347, HWKMETRICS-352
3) Sorted Stacked Metrics Results
* When requesting stacked metrics aggregation the results are now ordered (HWKMETRICS-353)
4) External Integrations
* Heapster sink now divides storing to multiple calls. This is an improvement over the initial implementation that had one REST API call per metric (HWKMETRICS-290)
* ptrans now works with a Hawkular Metrics instance protected by Hawkular Accounts via Hawkular distribution (HWKMETRICS-342)
* Grafana integration via Influxdb compatible end-point allows connections to a Hawkular Metrics instance protected by Hawkular Accounts via Hawkular distribution (HWKMETRICS-343)

Are Live Casino Games Popular Among Pakistani Players?
by Kyle Linel
Are Live Casino Games Popular Among Pakistani Players?
In recent years, live casino games have seen a significant rise in popularity worldwide, and Pakistan is no exception. With advancements in technology, players in Pakistan are increasingly opting for live dealer games over traditional online casino games. But what makes these games so appealing, and why are they gaining traction among Pakistani gamblers?
The Appeal of Live Casino Games
Live casino games offer a unique blend of online convenience and the immersive experience of a physical casino. Unlike standard online games, which rely on random number generators (RNGs), live casino games feature real dealers who interact with players in real-time. This creates a more authentic atmosphere and enhances the overall gaming experience. Whether it’s live blackjack, live roulette, or live baccarat, these games allow players to experience the thrill of a land-based casino from the comfort of their homes.
Factors Contributing to Popularity in Pakistan
Real-Time Interaction: One of the main reasons live casino games are gaining popularity in Pakistan is the real-time interaction with dealers. This human element offers a level of transparency and trustworthiness that appeals to many players who are wary of RNG-based games.
Convenience: Live dealer games can be played from any location with a reliable internet connection, making it convenient for players in Pakistan to enjoy their favorite games anytime, anywhere. The mobile-friendly nature of many live casino platforms also allows for a more flexible gaming experience.
Authentic Casino Experience: For many Pakistani players, live casino games replicate the atmosphere of a physical casino. The dealers are often professional and knowledgeable, enhancing the sense of excitement. This authentic experience is hard to beat and has helped live games stand out from traditional online offerings.
Access to International Games: Online casinos offering live dealer games often feature games hosted by international casinos, bringing global casino options to Pakistani players. This increases the variety of games available, allowing players to explore a wider selection than they would find at local brick-and-mortar establishments.
Challenges and Considerations
While live casino games are growing in popularity, there are a few challenges that Pakistani players may face. For instance, the internet connection needs to be fast and stable to ensure smooth gameplay without interruptions. Additionally, the legal landscape for online gambling in Pakistan remains unclear, and players must ensure they are gambling on licensed and reputable platforms to avoid any potential issues.
Conclusion
Live casino games are indeed becoming increasingly popular among Pakistani players due to their immersive, interactive, and authentic experience. The ability to play in real-time with professional dealers and the convenience of accessing these games from home makes them a favorite for many. However, players must remain cautious and ensure they are playing on safe and legal platforms. As the online gambling industry continues to evolve, live casino games are likely to maintain their popularity in Pakistan for years to come.

Effective Strategies for Writing Academic Papers
by Hazel Carlson
Tackling essays, term papers, and other academic tasks can seem overwhelming, but with the right strategies, students can handle these assignments with ease. Proper planning, research, and time management are key to writing successful academic papers. Students can also benefit from breaking the work down into manageable steps to reduce stress.
Before starting the writing process, it's essential to carefully read and understand the assignment. Taking time to clarify the task, including the topic, format, and specific requirements, will help students stay focused and organized. Understanding the purpose of the paper—whether to inform, argue, or analyze—will guide the writing process.
Once the assignment is clear, students can begin gathering research. This step involves seeking out credible, scholarly sources as https://writepaperfor.me/pay-someone-to-do-my-homework such as books, articles, and academic journals, to support their arguments. It’s crucial to take organized notes and keep track of the sources used, ensuring proper citation. Familiarizing oneself with citation styles, like MLA, APA, or Chicago, helps avoid plagiarism and ensures academic integrity.
In the drafting phase, students should aim for clarity and structure. Begin with an engaging introduction that presents the thesis or main argument. Each body paragraph should focus on one idea or point, with evidence or examples to back it up. Transitions between paragraphs should be smooth to ensure the paper flows logically and cohesively.
After completing the first draft, revising and editing are vital steps in the writing process. Taking a break before reviewing the paper allows students to come back with a fresh perspective. Editing for grammar, clarity, punctuation, and coherence helps polish the paper for submission.
Managing time effectively is essential when balancing multiple assignments. For example, how to prepare for exams involves setting aside specific study times and creating a plan for revision. If deadlines feel overwhelming or students are struggling to keep up, they may consider how to order homework help online. Getting help from professional writing services can ensure they meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
By applying these strategies, students can improve their academic writing skills and successfully navigate their assignments.
