[Hawkular-dev] HawkFx tag for pre inventory v4

I have added a tag for HawkFX pre inventory v4
https://github.com/pilhuhn/hawkfx/tree/pre_inventory_v4
So basically, if you are not working on master, but the
version that is in MiQ-G release, then use this tag.
