Sorry Mike, I just found your e-mail in my spam folder when I was looking
for Mazz's latest.
That's a known issue, fixed in this PR ->

I believe that it's only the PV template that's missing metadata.
Ruben, we should probably either add that fix to
https://github.com/openshift/openshift-ansible/pull/5851/files or start a
new PR.
