[jbosstools-dev] Added 'browsersim' component to jira

Hi, We are seeing more and more jiras related to browersim which lives "inside" VPE at the moment. To avoid confusion and too much overlap I've created browsersim component to use for issues related to browsersim, cordovasim and their standalone variations. If you see an issue that has to do with browersim but is in vpe - please move it over; thank you. /max
