Last bits (RC4) should be staged and ready to mirror by June 14, barring
any unforeseen stop-ship problems found during "Quiet Week", June 17-21.

Completely but its not in any way a "discontinuation", its just a current bug
in their setup and M7 builds still available.
Why they don't publish it is just weird and I hope they fix it.
Also note that eclipse is in the "almost one RC per week" so things move fast
now.
