As Max mentionned, there shouldn't be different outcomes. If the JAXRS metamodel is
not built after adding the facet or if it is incomplete, then please open a JIRA with a
sample project and I'll look at it when I come back.

They should not have different outcomes - does a call to refresh on the JAX-RS node
triggers a proper tree ?
If you still dont see that then please open a bug with steps to reproduce (i.e. the
project you use it on)
