[jbosstools-dev] News from the Eclipse Planning Council: Mars and Neon

1. Mars SR1 and SR2 will be renamed to Mars.1 and Mars.2. This is to avoid the misperception that new projects can't be added to those update releases. RC1 - RC4 for these update releases will probably be renamed to something like M1, M2, RC1, RC2, with *M2* being the cutoff date for adding new projects to the train. Neon will have 3 update releases. Where Mars and before has only had 2 SRs (update releases), Neon (Eclipse 4.6 / 2016-2017) will have a *3rd* update release: Neon, Neon.1, Neon.2, Neon.3 Documentation is still in progress in the wiki [2].
