[jbosstools-dev] 0.16.0.CR2 for JBossTools Maven plugin

Hi all, As we are approaching codefreeze and have reached a stable state for the current snapshot (Target platform, aggregation sites...), I'd like to make a 0.16.0.CR2 candidate release of the utilities Mojo we use. Once this is done, I'll update the pom.xml files in order to use this CR2 instead of the Snapshot.
