Based on the fact that build #137 was not red, I can almost confidently
say there *will* be a Beta3a respin tonight.
I just need to wait another hour or so for this build [1] to finish, and
I can push it to the usual place for QE.

The solution, ultimately, was to revert the TP and remove the m2e-apt
[3] stuff. The common.mylyn [4] stuff appears to be OK to leave in, but
I still need a good build to verify the stuff works as intended.

I'll be AFK for the next few hours (Rise Against concert tonight - last
stop on the tour!) but will check in again after midnight to see if
there's something I can put up for QE testing before Europe wakes up
