Bounce to Fred for comment on job name.
I could pull the job name (m2eclipse-wtp-e37-0.14.0) and use that to define the path to
publish. Then when you were ready to do 0.14.1, you could rename the job and kick it off.
Or, we could have a generically-named job (m2eclipse-wtp-e37-publish) with a parameter
you'd have to set every time you run the job.
