Max Andersen updated JBIDE-1075:
--------------------------------
Component/s: Seam
(was: Visual Page Editor)
Fix Version/s: 2.0.0.CR1
Priority: Minor (was: Major)
New seam 2 feature.
What is the semantics of these imports ?
I assume they will work globally for java, page and facelets pages.
But what about in other components.xml where #{} also can be used ? What is the semantics
there ? (I guess it depend on which order the vm returns the list of components.xml to
seam....and thus we should ignore global import when doing code completion in other
components.xml's ?)
Support for Seam2 imports in EL autocompletion
----------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-1075
URL:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-1075
Project: JBoss Tools
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: Seam
Reporter: Gavin King
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 2.0.0.CR1
Seam2 supports the notion of "global imports", which let you use an unqualified
name for anything in the namespace, for example:
<components
xmlns="http://jboss.com/products/seam/components"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://jboss.com/products/seam/components
http://jboss.com/products/seam/components-2.0.xsd">
<import>org.jboss.seam.core</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.transaction</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.framework</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.web</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.faces</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.international</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.theme</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.pageflow</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.bpm</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.jms</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.mail</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.security</import>
<import>org.jboss.seam.captcha</import>
</components>
But the EL autocompletion ignores this stuff.
