My git verson is 1.7.5.4 and I'm using Lion 10.7.4 but I don't see how this can have any influence. It is not just testing "as", it is also testing seam. 2) It is an all-encompassing UI test. 3) It is preventing the pushdown of runtimes from a top-level component to a low-level component. It's implied dependencies make the move impossible 4) As per max, QE has been instructed to find a new location for their swtbot tests.
