If the update manager is pointed to the update site on the jboss.org website (for nightly builds 3.5.0), then the plugins are not present. Nick: "Issue here is that the unpacked site is created BEFORE the 3rd-party stuff is merged in using the buckminster aggregator. What I should do, I suspect, is purge the incomplete site and publish it anew from the contents of the zip, including unpacking the packed plugin jars."
