The comments say: "I think the Bean Creation Wizard should be simplified down to just "Java Class" and "Bean/Unique ID". If users want to manually create a top level collection of objects, they can create the collection object same as any other (selecting the collection type and giving it a beanId) and then wire the Object into the collection using drag & drop." So... 1) Change the wizard to be the "Java Class Creation" wizard 2) Change "Bean Class" to "Java Class" 3) Remove all other fields beyond "Bean Class" (change to "Java Class") and "Bean ID"
