For Beta3: We should raise the importance of having "max gear" info in openshift
rest API.
With scaling this is no longer just create_apps >= max_gears, its created_apps *
scale-size(?) >= max_gears.
Is there API to calculate this ?
For 3.3.0 we rely on error message to be informative enough, so raise on openshift lists
and then move to 3.3.x.

https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-10263
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Enhancement
Components: openshift
Affects Versions: 3.3.0.M4
Reporter: Xavier Coulon
Assignee: Andre Dietisheim
Fix For: 3.3.0.Beta3
The 'new' button should be disabled when the account already has 5 applications
and a message should inform the user that he as reached his quota.
Otherwise, Openshift responds with a 400 error when the user finished his app creation
:-(
