I switched the integration tests to create a php application and hand it the reveal-js
quickstart git url
(https://github.com/openshift-quickstart/reveal.js-openshift-quickstart:

the web-content delivered is reveal.js then the test passes.

In order to fullfill JBIDE-14588 we need to add the ability to the openshift-java-client
to tell it create a new application with a given initial git url that the initial
application code and configuration will get cloned from.
