Why is the validator even running against deleted projects ?
Maybe the validator is just called to allow the validator to clean up after the deletion
and thus it should do that (e.g. remove markers or other state) instead of validating
again ?

Create 2 seam projects
Make sure the validation have run once
delete 1 of them
rebuild all projects
Now I can a loong list of errors in the log about the validator not being able to find
the just deleted files.
