RewriteRule ^/(.*)$ balancer://mycluster/myapp/$1 [L,PT]
Doesn't work with mod_cluster
PT already writes something like
balancer://mycluster/myapp/MyCount in uri
Mod_cluster shouldn't use proxy:balancer://mycluster/+uri as uri already contains the balancer part.
