fixed by r692
the default size is now:
9 + JVMROUTESZ + (maxhost * HOSTALIASZ) + 7 + (maxcontext * CONTEXTSZ) + 8;
So:
104 + (maxhost * 100) + (maxcontext * 40)
Calculate the MAXMESSSIZE dynamically
