Several issue related to WebSocket have been fixed, like MODCLUSTER-580
EnableWsTunnel
Allow to switch all http/https to ws/wss URL switching from mod_proxy_http to
mod_proxy_wstunnel
WSUpgradeHeader value
Allow to have a global value to fill the upgrade from the
https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_proxy_wstunnel.html
both of those are global: they apply to all VrtualHost
WebSocket support for mod_cluster

* take a look at mod_proxy_wstunnel
* mod_cluster should be able to load balance WebSocket connections to worker nodes
* consider high-availability with respect to WebSockets
